A bug that has been plaguing Docs for some time is finally being fixed, according to a Google spokesperson.
The company says the fix has been applied to a small number of users, but it won’t be rolled out to everyone.
It was first spotted in April, and was addressed in the latest beta.
Docs has been in beta since the summer of 2015, but Google says it was first implemented in late 2016.
“Google Docs bugs are fixed on a rolling basis and fixed issues are resolved at least every 24 hours, based on a variety of factors, including customer feedback,” Google wrote.
“We are working to improve our response time and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.”
The bug that made it difficult to open and save documents is fixed.
Google Doc’s bug tracking site has also been updated to show fixes and new features.
However, the bug that causes it to not be able to save files has not been fixed.
